Real or Fake — All authentications start at a base price of $30 which includes a determination of Authentic or Counterfeit based on the images submitted.
Determinations are provided by our team of highly trained brand experts within 24 hours of receiving sufficient images. Email notification is sent out once your order is complete, and determinations can be found within your account. Each Basic Authentication order is typically reviewed by two or more expert authentication specialists and guaranteed a 24-hour turnaround upon receiving sufficient images.
Expedited turnaround and Official Documentation is optional and available for additional fee (outlined below)

A Certificate of Authenticity for orders deemed Authentic (or Written Statements for orders deemed Counterfeit) is generated automatically once the order is complete.
Certificates of Authenticity feature the item title, client name, one main image of the item, a Real Authentication certificate number, and a scannable QR code for instant document verification. At the time of purchase, you may edit the client name to reflect that of your choosing.
Written Statements feature the item title name, client name, all the images provided in the original order, a detailed description of the discrepancies found with the item to determine it Counterfeit, along with a scannable QR code for instant verification of the document. Our Written Statements serve as an expert opinion needed by PayPal, eBay and credit card companies to regain funds from a significantly not as described (SNAD) or fraudulent transaction.

FAIR MARKET VALUATION

Fair Market Valuations reflect overall current market value one could expect to receive when reselling the item themselves on the secondary market. The Fair Market Valuation price is provided in US Dollars and is based on the item’s style, color, material, age, condition, and market assessment as a whole. This service may be added to any order, at any time. The Fair Market Valuation will show within your order and you will receive notification once completed. This Add-On service may take longer than 24 hours to complete.
IDENTIFICATION

Identifications may be added to any order, at any time. Identification includes the official style name, material and size of the item. Once your order is complete, the title will be updated to reflect the correct Identification. This title will also show on any documentation purchased for the item. This Add-On service may take longer than 24 hours to complete.
AGE
+$10
Age can be added to any order, at any time. If the exact age can be specified for the item (month, year, etc) we will certainly provide it. If the exact age cannot be determined, an age or era range will be given (example: ‘Circa 1980s’). Once your order is complete, the Age will show within your order. This Add-On service may take a little longer than 24 hours to complete.
HERMES SERVICE FEE

All Hermes authentications are charged an additional service fee. Hermes is a brand that sits above the rest and requires a deeper knowledge and special attention to detail for a proper authentication.
MAILED AUTHENTICITY CARD

Authenticity Cards are a durable plastic card, about the size of a credit card that feature the order name, client name, one main image of the item, a Real Authentication certificate number and a scannable QR code for instant verification of the corresponding item. Mailed authenticity cards may be added to any order, at any time. At the time of purchase, we will request the mailing address and once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. International shipping fees may apply.
